Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description – Extra Beverage Industries
Reports to: Business Development Manager, BKK.
Based at: India
Salary Range: Prox. 50k to 60k INR ++ per month
Packages: Profit sharing, Bonus

Job purpose:

To plan and carry out product launching, marketing and sales activities India and Sri Lanka regions, so as to maintain and develop sales of ExtraBev Product lines to India and Sri Lankan major accounts and end consumers, in accordance with agreed business plans

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Track record, maintain and develop a partner and prospect, in accordance with agreed target and business plans.

  • Plan and carry out marketing and sale activities (principally BL strategy) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.

  • Develop ideas and marketing strategies and create offers for sale and marketing to major accounts by main market sector.

  • Responsible for the corporate business and market share gain as well as target being set by the company.

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, and personal visits.

  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned customer account support, and liaison with Business Development executive of Bangkok Office.

  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant target management information.

  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys quarterly.

  • Maintain and report on marketing and sale supports suitability for the agreed marketing and sales purposes.

  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

  • Manage the external marketing agency activities.

  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

  • Sale target and territory indicators.


Qualifications:

  • Male age 28 – 35.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, sales operations across various market channels, marketing, logistics and distributorship operations, corporate planning, human resource development and training.

  • Familiar with consumer products industries, preferable food and beverage.

  • Strong command of English both written and spoken.

  • Able to travel around/cross the country most of the time.

  • Experienced to work in management level.

  • Aggressive, target-oriented, and well organized.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Entrepreneur mind set and be able to build up and lead the team.

  • Proven track record of consistent success in sales performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Solid understanding of finance, economics, business principles and risk management.
