Our client is a sovereign wealth manager with a large real estate portfolio globally. Working with their Indian business, based in Mumbai, they now require experience real estate investment professional to join the existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Investment and divestment
- Asset management of direct and indirect real estate assets
- Sourcing for and evaluating potential deals
- Structuring, negotiating and closing deals
- Developing strategies for assigned markets/investment sectors
- Developing relationships with existing and potential business partners
Requirements:
- A good Honors Degree
- Excellent Financial analytical abilities.
- At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in real estate investment and management in Japan
- Hindi and English skills are essential
